Thursday July 2nd, 2009

10:30 – 6:00PM – Currently a field trip is being planned that will involve visiting places in and around Ithaca including Taughannock State Park and various Finger Lake wineries.  There will also be a stop for lunch along the way.  This field trip will require renting a bus or van depending on the number of people interested and is not included in the registration fee.  If there is enough interest the cost will be divided amongst the participants. Please Contact Art Kasson if interested.

9:00PM – Ithaca celebrates United States Independence Day with a display of fireworks

For those interested in additional activities in the Ithaca area, please visit: www.visitithaca.com.  Plenty of hiking trails and water activities are available in addition to shopping along Ithaca’s unique outdoor mall, The Commons.  For people bringing family we recommend visiting the Ithaca Science Center, Museum of the Earth or taking a tour along the Ithaca Art Trail.
