Funding Opportunities

One of the major approaches of this grant is to provide funding opportunities for collaboration across Cornell research groups, application of ongoing research to the Susquehanna watershed in particular, and pilot projects to initiate new research. Research must be focused on the New York portion of the Susquehanna watershed. Work to be conducted at one or both of the two main research sites (Harford and Connecticut Hill) is especially encouraged.

There are three distinct funding mechanisms, described below. Click on each link for application instructions and deadlines.

  1. Collaborative modeling, direct salary support

  2. Meso-grants, primarily for faculty and staff

  3. Mini-grants, primarily for graduate students
